Our homes range from 2-bedroom suites to 8-bedroom estates. The largest estates comfortably sleep 16 to 20 overnight guests, with multiple living areas for groups to gather.

Select estates feature a private heated pool that's comfortable across the season. Each property page lists its exact amenities, and the concierge can point you to a home with a heated pool.

Large Canterra Stays homes include private on-site parking monitored by 24-hour CCTV, with room for multiple vehicles. Additional parking can be arranged on request for bigger groups.

Yes — we offer complimentary early check-in and late check-out whenever the calendar allows. Just ask, and we'll confirm. Guaranteed early/late times can also be locked in as an add-on.

Yes. We have trusted decorator and caterer partners covering ceremony and reception styling, home staging, and menus spanning South Asian, halal, kosher-style and continental options. These are quoted per event.

Beyond the city's standard weekly collection, we arrange additional garbage pickups so a full house never piles up. Additional and mid-stay cleaning services are available as paid add-ons whenever you need them.

Yes. A Canterra Stays Long Stay is a furnished home for a month, a season, a year or more, with electricity, heat and water included, and there are two kinds. Residences are furnished six-bedroom homes in Brampton and Mississauga, leased by the year to one group of friends, colleagues or family on Ontario's standard lease. Extended Stays run from 28 nights to a whole season, from 1 November to 30 April, in five homes: The Castlemore Estate, The Poolside Estate, The Wedding & Group Retreat, the Downtown Skyline Penthouse and the Square One Suite. Long stays are arranged by enquiry on the Long Stays page rather than through checkout.

A long stay with Canterra Stays can be paid by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or UnionPay), Apple Pay or Google Pay, Interac e-Transfer, bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, WeChat Pay or Alipay, or by invoice paid directly by an employer, insurer, relocation firm or travel programme. How a stay is paid is agreed before signing and written into the agreement or lease, and a receipt is issued for every payment.

You can book on canterrastays.com, or on the travel platforms where our homes are listed, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Expedia. It is the same home and the same host team whichever way you book. A stay booked on canterrastays.com includes complimentary early check-in and late check-out when the calendar allows, extra garbage pickup and local concierge support, and it is the way to plan a wedding week or several homes together.

Many homes in northeast Mississauga and southern Brampton are roughly 10–20 minutes from the terminals — ideal for early departures, late arrivals and layovers.

Yes. For corporate, relocation and temporary-housing stays we support a quote → hold → invoice path so an employer or insurer can be billed directly.

Some homes require a refundable security deposit or card pre-authorization, shown on the property page before you book and returned after checkout less any itemized deductions.
