A gathering beyond the guests staying needs our written approval before you arrive (ask reservations@canterrastays.com), at a whole home only, and a CA$35 fee per attendee, plus 13% HST, applies unless we waive it in writing. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. House & Events Policy

Common questions
How far in advance should we book?
Our homes are typically booked 8 to 12 months in advance, and the large estates that sleep 20 fill first. Book the venue and the home in the same season.
How long can a wedding group stay?
As long as the home's calendar has the nights: the whole wedding week or longer, not just a weekend, from arriving early to settle in to the send-off brunch. Each home's minimum stay shows in its calendar when you choose your dates.
How many wedding guests can stay in one home?
Large private estates sleep groups of up to 20 under one roof, with pre-approval for gatherings where applicable and multiple bedrooms and living areas so the wedding party and closest family wake up together.
Are the homes close to GTA wedding venues?
Yes. Canterra Stays homes across Brampton, Mississauga and the wider GTA are minutes from the venues and vendors couples are already working with, and close to Toronto Pearson Airport for out-of-town guests.
