Payment

A platform takes your payment under its own rules and adds whatever fees it charges its guests. On canterrastays.com, payments run through Stripe, the same infrastructure the major platforms use. Card details are never handled by us, and you receive a written confirmation and an invoice.

Deposits

Allow 7 to 10 business days for the release to appear on the card, which depends on the issuer. Platform bookings follow that platform's own damage policy instead.

Cancellation
