Sam and team were very responsive throughout the stay to ensure that essential needs were met. Given the children’s schedules, they also kindly offered the flexibility of an early check-in. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Rajan, the host, was incredibly helpful, understanding, and always went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, he was quick to respond and always did his best to help us. His hospitality truly made our experience exceptional. WELCOME TO YOUR LANDING PAD. The rules below keep this suite the soft arrival every guest deserves — including the ones in the residence's other suites. REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. Max 4 overnight guests, all named on the booking. Visitors beyond your booked count require our written approval in advance. Unapproved visitors are a material breach. A PRIVATE SUITE, NOT A VENUE. No parties, events, or gatherings beyond registered guests, and no commercial photo/film shoots (Airbnb Community Disturbance Policy; City of Brampton by-laws). Guests attending celebrations at nearby venues are exactly who this suite is for. QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM — and the suite shares the residence with other private suites, so indoor-voice courtesy applies around the clock. Brampton's noise by-law applies at all times. PARKING: free parking at the suite; street parking available. Keep neighbours' driveways clear. NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere on the property. No illegal substances. PETS: Welcome upon request with prior approval. Pet fee applies. VERIFICATION: Government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required after booking (disclosed here per platform policy). MONITORING: Three exterior security cameras: front door, driveway, and backyard. No cameras inside any suite. An indoor decibel monitor measures sound levels only — never audio or video. ENFORCEMENT: Breach may result in termination of the stay without refund, reporting to the platform, and recovery of fines, damages, and additional cleaning costs. Stays are licences to occupy, not tenancies, per our Terms of Service.
Up to 4 overnight guests fit comfortably across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with real beds for everyone rather than pull-outs and squeeze-ins.
Check-in opens from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM; complimentary early arrival or late departure is often possible when the calendar allows — just ask.
A refundable CA$1,000 hold is placed before check-in and released after checkout (allow 7–10 business days to reflect on your card); it is never an upfront charge.
