🛏 Sleep — a queen bed with down pillows in the bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the living room.
🍳 Live — a full kitchen with dishwasher, stocked with coffee, tea and starter supplies; an in-suite washer and dryer with detergent; and your own thermostat.
🏊 The complex — a heated indoor pool, gym and sauna in the neighbouring tower, open on the complex's posted hours with the same fob that takes the elevator to your floor.

Guest access
For the month, the whole suite is yours — bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and balcony, with nothing shared. Keys and the building fob come from a nearby handover point; the details arrive in your booking messages the day before check-in. Your fob opens the building, the elevator to your floor, and the pool, gym and sauna in the complex's neighbouring tower. Driving? Paid parking near the building can be arranged before you arrive.
The neighbourhood
Downtown Toronto's Waterfront, beside Fort York and CityPlace. Picture an ordinary weekday: a morning run on the Martin Goodman Trail, groceries from the Loblaws flagship at the base of the complex on the way home, and the sunset from your balcony. Fort York, The Bentway and Coronation Park are close by, and King West, Queen West and Liberty Village are all within about 2 km. Guests call the area incredibly walkable — and safe. Up at 42 floors, the city hums below you, not beside you.
Getting around
You won't need a car. Streetcars stop at the corner: one runs along the waterfront to Union Station, the other straight up Bathurst to the subway.
