The location is amazing, right by the lake with a stunning view! It’s super close to transit, which made getting around so easy as someone new to town. The place has nice furniture and the kitchen is fully stocked with all stuff needed to cook. Highly recommend!
19 Bathurst 42 floor was even better than pictures and descriptions. The walkability to everything including restaurants and waterfront pathways was incredible and safe. Alex was the kindest, most effective host we have had in all our years of Airbnb.

View from this apartment is outstanding. We really enjoyed the sunset views in the evening and balcony area. Apartment was quiet, exceptionally clean and a great to relax. Location was amazing, really close to amenities and access into downtown. We loved a morning walk to Trillium Park and walks to the Roger Centre & BMO to watch the sports. Alex and the team were really responsive with any questions we had and gave advice on the next part put our trip! Access to some building amenities are seasonal. So check with the team if you want to use them. We were travelling with a pet so had hoped to make use of the rooftop area and pet playground, sadly these were unavailable. Overall great…
Had a great monthly stay at this penthouse. The place was clean, professionally managed, and had everything needed to stay for a longer stay. The bed was really comfy and the shower stream was nice and strong. Would stay here again. Highly Recommend!
I had a great stay and really appreciated how warm and cozy the space felt from the moment I arrived. Everything was thoughtfully set up with comfort in mind. The down pillows and blanket were incredibly comfortable, the mattress was amazing, and even the couch stood out. It felt like a place designed for real people, not just a rental. The apartment was spotless and well organized, with high-quality towels, great utensils and plates, plenty of hangers, and a large TV with options like Prime already included. I didn’t need any paid subscriptions. The views were fantastic, and the startup setup with soap, laundry detergent sheets, garbage bags, etc., was so helpful and saved me a lot of time…
Beautiful condo with incredible views and an excellent location with all you need at your doorstep. The best part of the stay was the host and her team. Communication was proactive, timely, informative and professional. Alex and Sam stood out as being very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend any property that they manage.
Stayed at Alex's place for a month and everything went smoothly! Place looks exactly like in the photos, clean and well-equipped for a longer term stay. Views and sunsets from the apartment and balcony were amazing! Conveniently located right above Loblaws, Shoppers and LCBO. Would not hesitate to stay here if I'm in town again :)

Max 4 overnight guests, all named on the booking. Visitors beyond your booked count require our written approval in advance. Unapproved visitors are a material breach. A PRIVATE RESIDENCE, NOT A VENUE. No parties, events, or gatherings beyond registered guests, and no commercial photo/film shoots — condominium rules and Airbnb's Community Disturbance Policy apply. Noise travels in condo buildings; neighbours are full-time residents. QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM and building rules apply at all times, including hallways, elevators, balcony, and amenity spaces (pool/gym/sauna per posted hours). NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere in the suite, on the balcony, or in the building. No illegal substances. PETS: Welcome with prior notice — tell us who's coming. Pets must not be left unattended for extended periods and building pet rules apply. PARKING: Paid parking available near the building — arrange with us before arrival. Guest vehicles must not park in the building's assigned resident spots. VERIFICATION: Government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required after booking (disclosed here per platform policy). MONITORING: No cameras inside the suite. Building common areas are monitored by the condominium corporation. ENFORCEMENT: Breach may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, reporting to the platform, and recovery of fines (including condominium fines), damages, and additional cleaning costs. Stays are licences to occupy, not tenancies, per our Terms of Service.
Up to 4 overnight guests fit comfortably across 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with real beds for everyone rather than pull-outs and squeeze-ins.
Check-in opens from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM; complimentary early arrival or late departure is often possible when the calendar allows — just ask.
A refundable CA$1,000 hold is placed before check-in and released after checkout (allow 7–10 business days to reflect on your card); it is never an upfront charge.
