We were 11 adults in town for a wedding and changed to this property on short notice. Well laid out home and never felt cramped. Easy to find, very clean, ample parking, everything works well (smart locks, AC, hot water, WiFi, TVs, coffee makers etc), strong and effective communications. Sufficient K-cups for our multi-day stay. A very nice nice touch was the bottle of sparkling wine, bottles of water and a variety of snacks was very welcoming. Among the very best Airbnbs I’ve ever rented. Would stay here again.
Wow! Gorgeous house and very friendly neighbourhood. As well to note that I've had an amazing experience with the hosts. Respectful, resourceful and very kind. Will definitely be back!

An amazing house, great furnishings & lots of space for our group. Hosts were really helpful, super responsive and accommodated all our needs during our stay! Would definitely recommend!
Great stay! Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Very accommodating for my wedding set up. I recommend booking the whole place if you use for any wedding arrangements to not disturb basement guests. Noise travels very easily. The home could use a bit of TLC as there are a few scuffs on walls, etc.
Had a great stay at Alex’s place. Location would good and the place was very clean and organized. I was charged an extra $300 for a pet cleaning fee but I have a senior dog who sleeps 90% of the time and they were not flexible on the overcharge. Otherwise it was a good stay. Thank you.

There were a few times hiccups with getting clear instructions for laundry etc, but overall a great experience

GATHER YOUR PEOPLE — THAT'S WHAT THIS RETREAT IS FOR. Reunion dinners at two tables, movie nights under 20-foot ceilings, the getting-ready mornings before the big day at your venue. The rules below keep the retreat a private home for your fourteen — not a venue.
REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. Max 14 overnight guests, all named on the booking. Anyone beyond your booked count — day visitors included — requires our written approval in advance. Unapproved visitors are a material breach of these rules.
YOUR PRIVATE RETREAT, NOT A VENUE. We can't accommodate functions, receptions, ceremonies, set-ups, décor installations, outside vendors, open-invite gatherings, or commercial photo/film shoots — no attendees beyond your registered group, ever (our booking platforms' community policies and City of Brampton by-laws). Guests attending celebrations at nearby venues are exactly who this home was designed for.
QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM — about volume, not curfew. Late returns from your venue are expected; come in softly through your private entrance. The residence's lower-level suite hosts its own guests and sound travels between levels. Brampton's noise by-law applies at all times. No amplified music outdoors, ever.
PARKING: free parking on-site with ample room; street parking beyond it. Keep neighbours' driveways clear.
NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere on the property. No illegal substances.
PETS: Welcome upon request with prior approval. The exact pet fee is confirmed in writing at approval — before check-in, never after. Pets must not be left unattended and must stay off beds and furniture.
VERIFICATION: Government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required after booking (disclosed here per platform policy).
MONITORING: Three exterior security cameras: front door, driveway, and backyard. No cameras inside any part of the home.
ENFORCEMENT: Breach may result in termination of the stay without refund, reporting to the platform, and recovery of fines, damages, and additional cleaning costs. Stays are licences to occupy, not tenancies, per our Terms of Service.
