Both connected suites are exclusively yours — all 3 bedrooms, both kitchens, both living rooms, both bathrooms.

• The garage is owner storage and stays locked — it isn't part of any suite
• The suite is the lower level of our larger residence; the upper retreat may be occupied by its own guests — fully separate, with its own entrance. Everyday sounds occasionally travel between levels; quiet hours keep nights peaceful.

The neighbourhood

A quiet residential street fifteen minutes from Pearson — calm for the kids' bedtimes, close to everything for the daily runs. Highways in minutes reach every venue in the GTA and downtown Toronto; groceries, halal and Indian markets, pharmacies, and restaurants are minutes out. Peaceful where you sleep, connected where it counts.

Getting around

Pearson ~15 minutes — and with two entrances, two arrival times are no problem at all. Free parking at the door, street parking beyond, highways in minutes, rideshares fast at any hour. Landing separately? Send us both flights and we'll time each suite's arrival details independently.

Hosting & support

The suite is fully yours — we're one message away — fast replies, evenings included. When another host once cancelled on a family last-minute, our team had them moved in here the same day; that's the standard guests write about. Climate is centrally managed: want it warmer or cooler? Message us and we'll adjust it remotely within minutes. Tell us your venue or your flight and we'll handle the logistics before you ask. Two households coordinating one trip?
