My family and I ended up booking Sam's place after our original host canceled our booking last minute with no communication. This accommodation was honestly not what we were initially looking for, however, Sam's pleasant attitude, helpfulness and quick responses won us over and we decided to give it try. Prior to arrival and during our stay, Sam was always on hand to assist with any requests or issues we had. A huge thank you to Rajan as well, who was also excellent and available whenever needed. It's important to note that these are basement apartments so there could potentially be noise from upstairs guests - which is why we were hesitant at first - but once inside it absolutely doesn't f…

WELCOME TO THE TWIN SUITES. Two kitchens, two entrances, one home — the rules below keep it the quiet, easy stay both your households came for, along with the guests of the residence's upper retreat. REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. Max 6 overnight guests, all named on the booking. Visitors beyond your booked count require our written approval in advance. Unapproved visitors are a material breach. A PRIVATE SUITE, NOT A VENUE. No parties, events, or gatherings beyond registered guests, and no commercial photo/film shoots (our booking platforms' community policies and City of Brampton by-laws). Guests attending celebrations at nearby venues are exactly who this suite is for. QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM — the suite shares the residence with the upper retreat, and sound travels between levels, so indoor-voice courtesy applies around the clock. Brampton's noise by-law applies at all times. PARKING: free parking at the suite; street parking available. Keep neighbours' driveways clear. NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere on the property. No illegal substances. PETS: Welcome upon request with prior approval. The exact pet fee is confirmed in writing at approval — before check-in, never after. VERIFICATION: Government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required after booking (disclosed here per platform policy). MONITORING: Three exterior security cameras: front door, driveway, and backyard. No cameras inside any suite. An indoor decibel monitor measures sound levels only — never audio or video. ENFORCEMENT: Breach may result in termination of the stay without refund, reporting to the platform, and recovery of fines, damages, and additional cleaning costs. Stays are licences to occupy, not tenancies, per our Terms of Service.
