Easiest by car — free parking at your door, street parking beyond, and EV charging can be arranged. Hwy 410 & 407 in minutes; Pearson ~20–25 minutes; downtown Toronto ~35–40 off-peak; rideshares reach your private entrance quickly. Landing early? Luggage drop-off is available — message us your flight and we'll set it up.

The guest house is yours — we're one message away — fast replies, evenings included, and guests consistently call our communication perfect and proactive. Climate is centrally managed for the estate: too warm or too cool, message us any hour and we'll adjust it remotely within minutes (extra blankets, a fan, or a heater are yours on request — we believe in options). In town visiting family? Tell us the neighbourhood and we'll route you. Staying longer? We'll set up laundry access and the rhythms that make weeks easy.
