✨ Two completely separate suites. One booking. Total privacy. The fireside 3-bedroom suite — 10-foot ceilings, warm fireplace — paired with a bright, above-ground 1-bedroom coach unit over the garage. Same residence, two fully independent suites: two kitchens, two private entrances, four beds for 8. Grandparents get the sun-filled upper unit; the young family takes the fireside suite; everyone shares dinner. Visiting family, two-household trips, or work crews who want real doors between them.

🏠 THE COACH UNIT — above-ground, perched over the garage with its own entrance and stairs: sun-filled, hardwood floors, its own kitchen and full bath with tub. Guests of this suite call the natural light incredible.

The Vales of Castlemore — an upscale, genuinely quiet residential pocket where two households can spread out in peace. Minutes to Hwy 410 & 407, ~20–25 minutes to Pearson for arrivals landing all week, and downtown Toronto within reach for the day out. Groceries, halal and Indian markets, pharmacies, and restaurants are a short drive; the neighbourhood evening walk is its own amenity.

Getting around

Easiest by car — free parking at both doors, street parking beyond, highways in minutes. Pearson ~20–25 minutes; rideshares reach either entrance quickly at any hour. Two households landing separately? Send us both flights and we'll time each suite's arrival details independently. Landing early? Luggage drop-off is available — just ask.

Hosting & support

Both suites are yours — we're one message away — fast replies, evenings included, and guests of these suites tell the stories: the natural light in the coach house, and the night someone couldn't find a pot and a brand-new set arrived within two hours. WELCOME TO THE DUAL SUITES. Two front doors, two kitchens, one home base — the rules below keep it the quiet, easy stay both your households came for, along with the guests of the estate's main residence. REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. Max 8 overnight guests, all named on the booking. Visitors beyond your booked count require our written approval in advance. Unapproved visitors are a material breach. PRIVATE SUITES, NOT A VENUE. No parties, events, or gatherings beyond registered guests, and no commercial photo/film shoots (our booking platforms' community policies and City of Brampton by-laws). Guests attending celebrations at nearby venues are exactly who these suites are for. QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM — the lower suite shares the residence with the home above, so indoor-voice courtesy applies around the clock. Brampton's noise by-law applies at all times. POOL: the estate's pool is not included with this booking and is not accessible to suite guests. FIREPLACE (fireside suite): for cozy, not for cooking — keep the area clear, switch it off before sleep and checkout, and message us with any questions before improvising. STRICTLY NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere on the property — indoors, at either entrance, or on the grounds. Violations incur odour-remediation and recovery costs in addition to termination of the stay. No illegal substances. PARKING: free parking at the suites; street parking available. Keep neighbours' driveways clear. PETS: Welcome upon request with prior approval. The exact pet fee is confirmed in writing at approval — before check-in, never after. VERIFICATION: Government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required after booking (disclosed here per platform policy). MONITORING: Three exterior security cameras at the estate: front door, driveway, and backyard. No cameras inside either suite or any living space. An indoor decibel monitor measures sound levels only — never audio or video. ENFORCEMENT: Breach may result in termination of the stay without refund, reporting to the platform, and recovery of fines, damages, and additional cleaning costs. Stays are licences to occupy, not tenancies, per our Terms of Service.
