The space

Two fully independent suites in one residence — separate entrances, separate kitchens, one booking.

🏠 THE COACH UNIT — above-ground, perched over the garage with its own entrance and stairs: sun-filled, hardwood floors, its own kitchen and full bath with tub. Guests of this suite call the natural light incredible.
🔥 THE FIRESIDE SUITE — 2 bedrooms + a den with a real bed, 10-foot ceilings, warm lighting, and the fireplace that cancels evening plans. Full kitchen, bath with bidet, and the big dining table for shared meals.
🚪 TWO private entrances — different schedules, different floors, zero "sorry, did I wake you?"
🍽 TWO full kitchens — separate cuisines side by side; coffee, tea, and starters stocked in both
🛏 4 bedrooms, 4 comfortable beds — sleeps 8, room-darkening shades throughout (one fireside room is a cozy den-style bedroom with a real bed)

Guest access

Both suites are exclusively yours — the entire fireside suite (lower level) AND the entire coach unit (above the garage), each with its own private entrance.

• Free parking steps from both doors; luggage drop-off available for early arrivals
• The garage is owner storage and stays locked — it isn't part of any suite
• The suites are part of our estate; the main residence may host its own guests — fully separate spaces with their own entrances. Everyday sounds occasionally travel between the lower suite and the home above; quiet hours keep nights peaceful.

The neighbourhood

The Vales of Castlemore — an upscale, genuinely quiet residential pocket where two households can spread out in peace. Minutes to Hwy 410 & 407, ~20–25 minutes to Pearson for arrivals landing all week, and downtown Toronto within reach for the day out. Groceries, halal and Indian markets, pharmacies, and restaurants are a short drive; the neighbourhood evening walk is its own amenity.

Getting around

Easiest by car — free parking at both doors, street parking beyond, highways in minutes. Pearson ~20–25 minutes; rideshares reach either entrance quickly at any hour. Two households landing separately? Send us both flights and we'll time each suite's arrival details independently. Landing early? Luggage drop-off is available — just ask.

Hosting & support

Both suites are yours — we're one message away — fast replies, evenings included, and guests of these suites tell the stories: the natural light in the coach house, and the night someone couldn't find a pot and a brand-new set arrived within two hours. That's the team you're booking. Climate is centrally managed: too warm or too cool in either suite, message us any hour and we'll adjust it remotely within minutes — extra blankets, a fan, or a heater are yours on request.
