The space

This is the home your group photos will be taken in — and guests with groups of 11+ keep writing the same thing: more than enough room for everyone.

🛏 4 private bedrooms — premium queen bedding, upgraded mattresses. Grandparents sleep well; so does the bridal party.
🛁 3.5 bathrooms — twelve people, zero morning queues. The primary suite has the getting-ready light.
🍽 Multiple dining tables — the main table for the whole crew, more for the kids' table, the card game, and the chai that runs past midnight.

The main and upper floors are exclusively yours — no shared spaces, no other guests, no front desk.

• The basement and garage are not part of your suite and stay locked. If ever occupied, it is only by fully independent guests with their own separate entrance — never anyone sharing your space. The main and upper floors are always exclusively yours.

The neighbourhood

A calm, leafy residential street — the exhale between the big moments, with a neighbourhood park in walking distance and several more nearby for the kids and the morning strollers. The location is the quiet superpower: Hwy 410 & 407 minutes away means every banquet hall, gurdwara, mandir, church, and convention centre in the GTA is one easy drive, and Pearson is 25 minutes for the aunties landing Thursday. Groceries, halal and Indian markets, sweet shops, and restaurants are minutes out for the midnight snack runs. Loud where you celebrate, peaceful where you sleep — exactly the right way around.

Car country, happily — the driveway holds 4 and staging the carpool convoy here is half the fun. Hwy 410 & 407 in minutes; Pearson ~25 min; downtown Toronto ~40 off-peak. Rideshares reach the door quickly for the group that stayed out latest. Multiple airport arrivals? Send us the flight list — we'll help sequence pickups so nobody waits at Terminal 1. Need more than driveway parking? Ask about city street permits — we've arranged them for guests before.

The home is fully yours — we're the invisible staff, and guests keep calling our responsiveness the best they've had. One message away — fast replies, evenings included. Tell us your venue and we'll have directions, drive times, and timing tips ready before you ask. Sports team in for a tournament? We've hosted plenty — tell us your rink and schedule. Need extra street parking? We've even arranged city parking permits for guests before. Restaurant picks, late-night food after the reception, mandir/gurdwara timings, last-minute mehndi supplies — we know the answers, and our concierge is on call around the clock. You focus on the people; logistics are handled.
