A quiet residential Castlemore street with the space this estate deserves — the pool days stay peaceful, and the neighbourhood stays friendly. Minutes to Pearson for family landing all week; highways in minutes put every banquet hall, gurdwara, mandir, church, and venue in the GTA within an easy drive. Groceries, halal and Indian markets, sweet shops, and restaurants that seat twenty are minutes out. Big enough inside the gates that nobody needs to leave; close enough to everything that everybody can.
Getting around
Convoy country — free parking with room for the fleet, an EV charger for whoever drove electric, and street parking beyond. Pearson minutes away for the airport runs; highways in minutes; rideshares fast at the door. Arrivals landing all week? GATHER EVERYONE — THAT'S WHAT THIS ESTATE IS FOR. Pool days, gazebo evenings, twenty people and three private living spaces. The rules below keep the residence safe, the neighbourhood friendly, and the estate a private retreat for your group — not a venue. REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. Max 20 overnight guests, all named on the booking. Anyone beyond your booked count — day visitors included — requires our written approval in advance. Unapproved visitors are a material breach. With a group this size, please assign one organizer as our point of contact. YOUR PRIVATE RESIDENCE, NOT A VENUE. We can't accommodate functions, receptions, ceremonies, set-ups, décor installations, outside vendors, open-invite gatherings, or commercial photo/film shoots — no attendees beyond your registered group, ever (our booking platforms' community policies and City of Brampton by-laws). Guests attending celebrations at nearby venues are exactly who this estate was designed for. POOL SAFETY — READ THIS ONE TWICE. The pool is private and unlifeguarded: adults must actively supervise children at all times — no exceptions, no delegating to older kids. No diving. No glass anywhere on the pool deck. No swimming under the influence. Pool hours end at 10:00 PM sharp. The pool gate must be latched whenever the pool is not in use. Use of the pool is at your group's own risk, as acknowledged in your rental agreement. QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Brampton's noise by-law applies at all times. No amplified music outdoors after dark, and any speakers you bring stay at conversation level outdoors, always. Twenty voices around a pool carry — keep the gazebo conversational after 10. PARKING: free parking on-site with room for the convoy; street parking beyond it. EV charger available. Keep neighbours' driveways clear. NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere on the property. No illegal substances. PETS: Welcome upon request with prior approval. The exact pet fee is confirmed in writing at approval — before check-in, never after. Pets stay out of the pool and off beds and furniture. VERIFICATION: Government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement — including the pool-safety acknowledgment — are required after booking (disclosed here per platform policy). MONITORING: Three exterior security cameras operate at the front door, driveway, and backyard. There are no cameras inside any living space, and the garage is not monitored. ENFORCEMENT: Breach of these rules — pool-safety rules above all — may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, reporting to the platform, and recovery of fines, damages, and additional cleaning costs. Stays are licences to occupy, not tenancies, per our Terms of Service.
