The space

Big family trips usually go one of two ways: split across hotel rooms, or crammed into one house where nobody sleeps. Here, guests keep writing the same thing: each person had their own bedroom, and there was still room to spare.

🏡 The home
Upper home: 5 bedrooms, 7 beds and 2. 5 baths. Two living rooms, one a 20-ft great room with a fireplace. Two dining areas, a full kitchen, a game room and a private backyard.
Lower suite one: 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bath, a full kitchen and a living room with a 65-inch TV.
Lower suite two: 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bath, a full kitchen, a power recliner and a walk-in closet.
Altogether: 8 bedrooms, 10 beds and 4. 5 baths for up to 20 guests, with hotel-grade 14-inch memory-foam beds throughout. The main-floor bedroom is the stair-free favourite for anyone skipping the climb: it has glass doors and the powder room steps away, and the full bathrooms are on the other floors.

💍 Wedding weeks
Relatives landing at Pearson all week reach the door about 15 minutes later. On the big morning the house becomes the getting-ready room, and licensed hair, makeup and photo pros are welcome to work here. Washer, dryer, iron and board cover any outfit emergency. We can introduce an approved decorator and caterer and arrange airport rides. The celebrations happen at your venues; the rest and the family time happen here.

👪 Reunions and holidays
THREE kitchens: one cooks the feast, one runs breakfast, one handles chai and midnight snacks. Twenty people, zero stove queues. Four living areas let the generations spread out without splitting up: teens in the game room, elders by the fire, everyone back at the tables when it matters. The game room is stocked with games, toys and books, and a crib, pack-n-play, high chair, baby bath and children's dinnerware are yours on request, set up before you arrive. The longest stay so far ran three weeks over the December holidays.

💼 Work crews
Eight private bedrooms, a dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, in-home laundry and four driveway spaces. Teams and work crews have stayed here; self check-in suits late arrivals, and company invoices with HST are available.

📅 Month-long stays
Between homes, or here for a long project? Monthly stays can be arranged in the quieter months, with full kitchens and in-home laundry that make a long stay simple.

✅ The practical things
65-inch TVs. Central air on a Nest thermostat in the dining room, kept at 23°C, with fans, heaters and extra blankets on request. The fireplace runs on a wall switch. Four parking spaces on the driveway; the garage isn't included. Smart-lock self check-in, so late landings are easy.

Guest access

🔑 The whole estate is yours except the garage, which stays closed: the upper home, both lower suites, all three kitchens, the laundry, the backyard and the four driveway parking spaces. No one else stays on the property during your booking. Check-in is by smart lock, with your personal code arriving in your booking messages before check-in: the upper home through the front door, the lower suites through the side door on the left. 📹 Three exterior cameras watch the front door, driveway and backyard; there are no cameras inside, and the indoor decibel monitor reads volume only, never audio.

The neighbourhood

📍 Castlemore is a quiet residential neighbourhood in northeast Brampton. ✈️ Pearson Airport is about 15 minutes by car, and nearby highways put the GTA's banquet halls, gurdwaras, mandirs, mosques, churches and convention centres within an easy drive. 🛒 Groceries, Indian and halal markets, sweet shops, pharmacies and restaurants that seat a big family are minutes away.

Getting around

🚗 Convoy country: four cars fit on the driveway (the garage isn't included), and for more vehicles we can file a City of Brampton parking consideration in your name before you arrive; your contact details go to the City for it. ✈️ Pearson is about 15 minutes away, highways are minutes off and rideshares reach the door fast. 💬 The estate is fully yours, and we're the invisible staff: a host team guests keep calling the most responsive they've had. Message us in your booking app chat at any hour; our whole team watches it, and whoever's closest steps in. Tell us your venue and we'll have directions and drive times ready, and if twenty people need feeding, we'll point you to caterers, halal and Indian markets and the restaurants that handle big tables.
