Wedding parties book the whole home. Getting ready (licensed hair, makeup and photo vendors welcome) and a small dinner within the 20-guest limit are fine; no parties, ceremonies, receptions, DJs or gatherings beyond the limit. Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. Shoes off; no smoking or vaping on the property. No luggage drop before check-in; early check-in on request when the calendar allows. Exterior cameras only. Ask us about extra garbage pickup, decor and catering introductions, or airport rides.
The space
Main and upper floors: four queen bedrooms, 3. 5 baths, TWO living rooms with two sofa beds, an open kitchen with multiple dining tables, and laundry.
Lower level, connected inside: three more queen bedrooms (one with a walk-in closet), two full baths, a second full kitchen, a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a lounge with a wet bar, and its own washer and dryer.
FOUR living rooms in all: room to spread out, and room to come back together.
Guest access
The whole home is yours: both floors, both kitchens, both laundries, the backyard and the full driveway for 4 standard cars. The garage is not included. Self check-in at the main door with your own code. The lower level connects inside and is open to your group for the whole stay; its side door is yours too.
The neighbourhood
A calm, leafy residential street with a neighbourhood park in walking distance and more nearby for the kids. Hwy 410 and 407 are minutes away, so banquet halls, gurdwaras, mandirs, churches and convention centres across the GTA are an easy drive. Groceries, Indian and halal markets, and restaurants are close by.

Parking is the driveway only (4 cars). - Exterior security cameras cover the front entrance, driveway and side entrance. No cameras view any indoor space. - Please report any damage or issues through the app as soon as you notice them.
