About this home
Two homes' worth of space behind one front door. Four bedrooms upstairs, two on the lower floor, a kitchen and a living room on each level, and a driveway of your own, all of it furnished and running on the day you arrive.
A furnished six-bedroom home in Brampton's east end with two single beds in every bedroom, two kitchens, two living rooms and every utility included, leased by the year to one group of friends, colleagues or family. We lease it as one home to one group, never room by room.
- The space
- The home is arranged over three floors. The main floor has the living and dining room and the main kitchen. Four bedrooms are on the upper floor, the primary with its own ensuite. The lower floor has two more bedrooms and a second living area with a kitchen of its own, so part of the group can keep different hours without waking the rest.
- Bedrooms
- Each of the six bedrooms has two single beds, every one with its frame, mattress and mattress protector, and a full bedding set: a duvet and cover, two pillows, and fitted and flat sheets. Every bedroom also has a bedside table, a lamp, a wardrobe or dresser, and window coverings.
- Kitchens and dining
- The main kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, an electric range and oven with a range hood, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster, along with a cookware set, a knife set, and cutlery, dinnerware and glassware for the whole household. The dining table beside it seats eight. The lower floor has a second kitchen, with its own refrigerator, range and oven, microwave and kettle, its own cookware, cutlery and dinnerware, and a dining table for four.
- Living rooms
- The main-floor living room has a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, a television on its stand, an area rug and window coverings. The lower-floor living area has its own sofa, coffee table and television.
- Bathrooms and laundry
- Every bathroom has a shower curtain or door, a mirror, a bath mat and a wall cabinet. The laundry has a washer and a dryer, free to use, with an iron, an ironing board and a drying rack.
- Around the house
- A vacuum cleaner and garbage, recycling and organics bins are provided. There are four smoke alarms, two carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher in each kitchen. Two driveway parking spaces are included in the rent.

- Weekly, Monday to Sunday, on Ontario's standard lease. You do not have to move out at the end of a term.

- Every Monday, in advance. Pay the way that suits you: card, Interac e-Transfer, bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, WeChat Pay or Alipay, or have your company pay us directly. You get a receipt every time.
